Firm Objective

Bourque Law Firm, P.C.'s objective is to work as a team with our clients to obtain the best possible results under the circumstances.  We pride ourselves on anticipating and planning for situations before they become unmanageable or unnecessarily costly.  When matters are brought to the firm that require litigation or proceedings before administrative agencies, the firm has extensive experience in developing, implementing, and executing  winning strategies.  In addition, Mr. Bourque has cultivated strong and enduring relationships with similarly experienced, top notch attorneys such that the firm can successfully handle large cases that require more than one attorney.  Regardless of the case or matter, the firm provides the tools necessary to achieve clients' objectives. 

Firm Services

Our services include, for example, assisting businesses in establishing, implementing, and enforcing employment policies, assisting in employment disputes,  and handling a wide variety of human resources matters, including management and supervisor training.  

The firm also handles a wide variety of general litigation and pre-litigation matters.  For example, if and when disputes arise over contractual or other matters (e.g., business, construction, real estate, employment, personal injury or other tort and product issues), the firm is experienced in representing both defendants and plaintiffs in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution.  We have represented major institutions as well as emerging businesses and individuals in many aspects of litigation.  Regardless of our client’s size or form, each receives the effective and timely service it deserves. 

Because of Mr. Bourque's real world litigation experience, he is an effective mediator and Judge Pro Tem -- one who can quickly evaluate a case, assess each party's risks, and assist the parties in reaching a resolution.
